Returns

Due to hygiene and personal-care considerations, opened or used IPL devices may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
